★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ci sarebbero delle piccole pecche a cui doversi appellare ma sono facilmente superabili grazie alla strepitosa cortesia di Enzo che da sempre svolge questo lavoro con amore, tramandandola ai suoi cari, come a sua volta, ad Enzo è stata tramandata... un evidente tradizione di famiglia che conosco dai racconti ma che vedo crescere ogni giorno.
I panini sono buonissimi, la carne è ottima anche se un po' meno gli affettati, a mio parere è il panino più buono in ASSOLUTO.
L'ultimo pasto prima di partire e il primo quando torno a Ragusa. ❤️
There would be some small flaws to which to appeal but they are easily overcome thanks to the amazing courtesy of Enzo who has always carried out this work with love, handing it down to his loved ones, as in turn, Enzo has been handed down ... an evident tradition of family that I know from stories but that I see growing every day.
The sandwiches are very good, the meat is excellent even if a little less than the cold cuts, in my opinion it is the best sandwich ever.
The last meal before leaving and the first when I return to Ragusa. ❤️
