Avevo prenotato un panino (che ci è arrivato con mezz’ora di ritardo) senza patatine, il cui prezzo era 7.50 €. Al momento di pagare, mi hanno detto che il prezzo era di 8 € perché quello scritto era un prezzo vecchio. Tralasciando il fatto che sia ILLEGALE una cosa del genere, mi hanno pure consegnato le patatine a parte, nonostante avessi chiesto di non volerle; ma la cosa scandalosa è che me le hanno fatto pagare come una vaschetta a parte, quindi 8€ + 2€!!! Tutto questo lo abbiamo notato quando avevamo già pagato. Quindi quando sono andato a chiarire il tutto il cassiere con tono estremamente maleducato mi ha detto letteralmente “qual è il problema? 2 €?! Tieni.” Senza nemmeno scusarsi. Non ci andrò mai più e sicuramente lo sconsiglio a chi cerca un posto organizzato e serio. Good sandwich, but arrogant and rude staff. Paninj prenotati per le 21.30 con richiesta esplicita di evitare ritardo, mi viene assicurato dalla gentile signora che al massimo sebbene stati pochi minuti. Alle 21.30 arrivo al locale e mi viene detto che i miei panini erano in preparazione. Ricevo i panini alle 22.20, con una risatina finale. Li ho presi solo perché già pagati in anticipo. Fino a qualche anno fa era facile che tu trovassi Andrea a farti un panino adesso lui non lavora più insieme ai "vecchi" paninari di fatti ormai i panini purtroppo devo dire che sono molto scadenti, ingredienti troppo cotti e secchi, qualità della carne stessa mediocre. Inoltre da qualche settimana sono aumentati anche i prezzi dei panini. A malincuore devo dire che ieri è stato l'ultimo panino che prendo da Andrea.
