Un'ora e mezza di ritardo e ordine consegnato soltanto dopo diversi solleciti al servizio clienti e al locale. La cosa peggiore? Apro la confezione delle patatine e questa é vuota (4 patate dentro, e dico quattro) come se qualcuno le avesse mangiate. I panini pessimi, tantissimo pane e poco condimento. Carne di bassissima qualità. Prima e ultima volta, sconsigliato! I ordered two sandwiches and 1 portion of chips using justeat delivery service. An hour and a half late and order delivered only after several reminders to customer service and the restaurant. The worst thing? I open the box of chips and this is empty (4 potatoes inside, and I mean four) as if someone had eaten them. Bad sandwiches, lots of bread and little seasoning. Very low quality meat. First and last time, not recommended!

Non parlando delle solite prese in giro il fattorino è per strada e le cose arrivano dopo un ora! Abbiamo prenotato tramite just eat 3 panini e due porzioni di patatine alle 20 con consegna alle 22/22:30, ma, essendoci la pioggia, non ci siamo fatti scrupoli sulla tarda ora di consegna. Bene, panini sono arrivati alle 23:10, 15 minuti dopo un sollecitazione telefonica. Ma non solo il ritardo, pure una porzione di patatine mancante (pagata), mozzarella mancante in un panino, condimento e supplemento in unaltro e salse assenti ovunque. La qualità del cibo è appena sufficiente, non da riprendere. Ho pure chiamato per far notare tutto ciò e non si sono nemmeno scusati, top, ora sto scrivendo questa recensione attendendo il mio amato crispy, i miei nuggets e i menu dei miei coinquilini per dimenticare tutto ciò. >>> a star for pity. Gente che lavora in nero, Non fanno scontrini, Non fanno pagare col pos, Tutto buono,ma se si rifiutano di farmi pagare con la carta (hanno il sumup bello in vista) da me prendono una stella. Se non si adeguano, state alla larga. Così come farò io. Ci sono tanti altri posti buoni dove poter prendere il classico panino. Purtroppo non capiscono che così facendo perdono clientela. Le consegne a domicilio non arrivano puntuali mai, e quando arrivano (anche con 3 ore di ritardo) i panini sono ovviamente inservibili. Anche il modo in cui si presentano i condimenti e il modo in cui tengono il camion non è meraviglioso. Il classico fatt a nomina e o cucchiti. Alle 21 chiamo la panineria per sapere quanto tempo mancasse alla consegna e ci dicono che i panini erano in preparazione. H:22.15 non rispondono nemmeno al telefono (nonostante le numerose chiamate). Ingiustificabile il fatto che sia domenica perché sono passate più di 2 ore! Se non si sanno gestire le ordinazioni è meglio non accettarle affatto! Bad. Order placed at 7.35pm. Alle 21 decidiamo di annullare l’ordine da eats e di ordinare direttamente in panineria. 21 e 10 mi dicono che è partito il fattorino arriva e 35 (6 minuti a piedi da google maps tra casa mia e la panineria) portandoci gli stessi panini pronti dalle 20:30 dell’ordine di uber, freddi da far paura. L’hamburger 30 e lode con la burrata sopra da circa 60 minuti vi assicuro che non è per nulla gradevole. In foto metto le due baguette che mi sono state consegnate. Riordinerò perchè mi è stato parlato bene e i panini sembrano davvero buoni mi siederò al locale peró stavolta per evitare di non mangiare più in un posto effettivamente da 30 e lode, ma comunque neanche 17 purtroppo per stavolta.
