Prima di aprire un negozio devi imparare di essere professionale, de sapere come trattare la gente. Non vado a entrare mai e consiglio a tutti amici miei lo stesso. Puoi avere oro nella pane, ma si non tratti bene alla gente perché sei rasista o perché non hai voglia que sei frustrato di altre cose, sicuramente vai a chiudere prima de pensare. Non penso che viene nessuno a chiedere niente grantis, quindi devi imparare a parlare bene e rispettare alla gente, o simplicemente scrivi per che persone e destinata la pasticeria. Si è solo per italiani, scriverlo per che tutta la gente conosce che sei un razzista! Staff who cannot manage a shop. They talk to people like they are animal. Mi guardava come fossi entrata a chiedere le mosime. Poi dico: ma quando imparate a gestire un negozio? La gente che voi accoliate dovete essere gentili e sempre con il sorriso. Non ho mai visto quello comportarsi come si deve. Quindi per me ci dico sempre: e come il mare...se e bello ritorniamo sempre!!! I happened to go into this bakery to buy bread.
