★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastici come sempre ogni volta che tornavo a Caporciano paese di origine della mia famiglia allungavamo per passare a comprare la pizza bianca da loro......dopo tanti anni ci sono ripassato con la mia famiglia e non ho potuto fare a meno di far provare quel sapore alle mie figlie e mia moglie.... Fantastici anche per le paste????????????
Fantastic as always, every time I returned to Caporciano, my family's town of origin, we would stretch out to buy white pizza from them ...... after so many years I went back to it with my family and I couldn't help try that flavor to my daughters and my wife .... Also fantastic for pastas????????????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Crostata alla ricotta speciale , anche biscotti e pane. ..prima andavamo al forno famoso di .. non ricordo il nome ..poi è diventato finto come quelli di ROMA . ora ho scoperto questo e ci andiamo sempre e lo consigliamo. Mi raccomando ..rimanete così..non diventare moderni.
Special ricotta tart, also biscuits and bread. ..first we went to the famous bakery of .. I don't remember the name .. then it became fake like those of ROME. now i discovered this and we always go there and recommend it. I recommend .. stay that way .. don't become modern.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Forno storico di San Demetrio, il cambio di gestione anni fa non ha per nulla intaccato la qualità di prodotti e preparazioni. A mio avviso qui si trovano le migliori ferratelle di tutta la zona, assieme a un'ottima pizza e pane; per gli amanti dei dolci si può trovare un'ottima torta Suisse.
Historic oven of San Demetrio, the change of management years ago has not at all affected the quality of products and preparations. In my opinion, here you will find the best ferratelle in the whole area, together with an excellent pizza and bread; for lovers of sweets you can find an excellent Suisse cake.
