★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo il panificio ha chiuso perché i titolari hanno raggiunto l'età della pensione. Sinceramente rimpiango questa panetteria perché era l'unica che faceva del pane come una volta, senza additivi e con lievitazione naturale, senza acceleranti o estratti di vario genere. Per chi ha o ha avuto problemi allo stomaco sa cosa vuol dire realmente mangiare come una volta.
Ancora non riesco a trovare un altro panificio "simile". Peccato!
Unfortunately the bakery has closed because the owners have reached retirement age. I sincerely regret this bakery because it was the only one that made bread as it once was, without additives and with natural leavening, without accelerators or extracts of various kinds. Anyone who has or has had stomach problems knows what it really means to eat like it used to be.
I still can't find another "similar" bakery. Sin!
