La focaccia ai cereali (prodotta con un impasto composto da numerose farine e semi), ma anche il pane e le friselle, sono tra le migliori che si possano trovare nell'intera Puglia. Buona scelta, inoltre, di prodotti per vegetariani e vegani (particolarmente gustosa la focaccia alla cipolla e quelle con le vedure). Eccellenti anche le cartellate, prodotte durante il periodo natalizio. Prezzi nella norma, personale assolutamente cordiale. Lo consiglio. The best bakery in Alberobello, without the slightest doubt. The focaccia cereal (made with a mixture composed of numerous flours and seeds), but also the bread and Friselle, are among the best to be found anywhere in the whole Puglia. Good choice, also, for products for vegetarians and vegans (the focaccia with onion and the ones with the vedure are particularly tasty). Also excellent the cartellate, produced during the Christmas period. Prices in the norm, absolutely friendly staff. I advise.

Es ist eine typische italienische Bäckerei, die ca. 10 Minuten von dem touristischen Zentrum entfernt ist. Die Bedingung ist sehr nett, alles ist frisch gebackenen und die Preise sind auch "normal", ohne Touristenzuschlag. Perfekter Ort, um italienisches Gebäck zu probieren und auch eventuell als kleines Geschenk nach Hause mitzunehmen. A small bakery with local specialties. It is not a café where you can sit comfortably. It is a typical Italian bakery, which is about 10 minutes from the tourist center. The condition is very nice, everything is freshly baked and the prices are "normal" with no tourist surcharge. Perfect place to try Italian pastries and possibly take them home as a small gift.
