Sono rimasto deluso dal fatto che nello stabile ove ha sede il forno, non avevano a disposizione i taralli "non confezionati" per proporre la degustazione ai clienti. Successivamente ho letto l'etichetta applicata sulla confezione ed ho capito che non vengono prodotti da loro, bensì da un altro forno di Alberobello. The "maltagliate friselle" are a goodness. They are offered in different versions and with different doughs. I was disappointed that in the building where the oven is located, "unpackaged" taralli were not available to offer tasting to customers. Subsequently I read the label applied on the package and I realized that they are not produced by them, but by another Alberobello oven.

Uno spaccio di eccellenze pugliesi (specie prodotti da forno) a prezzi davvero competitivi ma anche minimarket assortito e punto ristoro con tanto di bar, tavolini e servizi a disposizione della clientela. Una tappa obbligata quando vado in bici da quelle parti. ? Much more than a bakery. A store of Apulian excellences (especially baked goods) at very competitive prices but also assorted minimarket and refreshment point with lots of bars, tables and services available to customers. A must when I ride those parts by bike. ?

Pessima fattura:pochissimo vincotto e per giunta secco quasi fosse mastice,con cartellate asciutte e immang..........?
