Ottima e sapiente la panificazione con giuste ed equilibrate variazioni ma sono da assaggiare pizze focacce e tutte le altre preparazioni da forno.
Da assaggiare le torte le crostate e i cornetti...disponibili purtroppo solo al mattino. Quando è disponibile si può assaggiare il pane fatto con farina di grano duro varietà senatore Cappello
