β β β β β Simply one of the best in Palermo for whatever concerns pastry, fried salty stuff such as arancine (yes, it's femminine) and calzoni. Also ice cream worth trying.

For example "Aranchina" it looks like potato but it's fried ball of rice filled by mozzarella and prosciuto. It's great !!! Nice place and prices are fine.
