★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stata nel panificio in piena emergenza COVID-19 (10 giorni fa) e credo che debba esserci di più PULIZIA.
Per prima cosa tutto ciò che non vendono (pizze,rustici etc..) lo mettono sul bancone tagliato a pezzetti il giorno dopo in modo tale che il cliente quando attendo suo turno possa mangiare. Cosa poco igienica poiché non è coperto. Seconda cosa come dicevo, sono stata da loro dieci giorni fa e la ragazza con gli stessi guanti che incassa e prende soldi prende il pano e lo mette nel sacchetto per poi farlo ai clienti. La stessa cosa ha fatto con me. Presto due panini e una frusta. Stessi guanti per i soldi stessi guanti per il pane. Ma state scherzando?! Spero che ci faranno un controllo

I often go for focaccia .... Excellent the one with potatoes and sausage .... the bread must be good because there is a lot of people coming and going I don't buy it there it's far from my house

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottimo pane con lievito madre prodotto con farine diverse: bianca, integrale, segale, ai 5 cereali, noci ecc. Ottime pizze al taglio, anche farcite, verdure e pietanze cucinate per uno spuntino o da portare a casa per pranzo e tanti altri prodotti da forno, anche dolci.
Excellent bread with mother yeast produced with different flours: white, wholemeal, rye, with 5 cereals, walnuts etc. Excellent pizzas by the slice, also stuffed, vegetables and dishes cooked for a snack or to take home for lunch and many other baked goods, including desserts.
