Riccardo produce anche ottimi dolci da forno a seconda della stagione. Inoltre è un piccolo casolino di quartiere, a conduzione familiare, dove trovi persone gentili e sorridenti. Per i clienti abituali c'è anche il servizio consegna a domicilio e il quaderno dei 'pagherò a fine settimana' (o mese). Consigliato! Lo zucchero sopra sciolto e le mandorle umide. Sembrava (se non lo era) quella dell'anno scorso! Una cosa immangiabile! Shame! The dove that I received as a gift was dry and with a very bad glaze that was one with the dough that seemed raw in those places. The sugar dissolved above and the moist almonds. It looked (if it wasn't) the one from last year! An inedible thing!

A volte usa i grani antichi ed il lievito madre per le sue preparazioni.Buono il prezzo del pane senatore capelli, al grano saraceno ,al farro ecc Quando vado in centro e vedo a quanto vendono il pane rimango allibita.Preciso che mio zio materno era fornaio e mia mamma mi insegnava fin da piccola, ad apprezzare il pane..solo quello di qualità A traditional family bakery .. Vi consiglio di provare tutto! :) Menzione d'onore alla crostata alla frutta che Riccardo ha preparato per il mio compleanno: si è volatilizzata e ho ricevuto i complimenti da tutti. A pranzo c'è la possibilità di farsi preparare i panini con affettati e formaggi, ed è tutto veramente ottimo, compreso il prezzo! Products delicious and quality: bread, pizza, pastries, biscuits. I recommend you try it all! :) Honorable mention to the fruit tart that Riccardo prepared for my birthday: it evaporated and I received compliments from everyone.
