★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meno male che un panificio come quelli di una volta è rimasto a Ferrara! La cortesia di Pietro è ineguagliabile ma, soprattutto, la bontà del pane e dei dolci! Lui è pugliese ma fa il miglior pampapato di Ferrara e chi scrive questa recensione è un ferrarese doc e vi garantisco che non ho tema di smentite! Pane pugliese e ferrarese e altri biscotti fatti da lui ti rendono migliore la giornata e non dimentichiamo che anche i prezzi sono veramente quelli "di una volta". Andare e provare per credere!

He is from Puglia but he makes the best pampapato in Ferrara and whoever writes this review is a true Ferrara native and I guarantee you that I have no fear of denial! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ È un panificio decentrato gestito da un Grande Pugliese che produce meravigliosi Panoni tipo Altamura lavorati con lievito madre farine sceltissime e cotti perfettamente. Produce anche coppie Ferraresi e altri formati di pane sempre OTTIMI. Altro punto di forza di questo panificio sono I biscotti e I dolci. Insuperabili I suoi ferri di cavallo intinti nella cioccolata, ottime le ruotine e I tortelli ripieni di marmellata, buonissimi gli amaretti e le fave da morto, ottimi I taralli Pugliesi buoni I panettoni Natalizi ed Pampapati . PIETRO PANNOFINO È UN GRANDE FORNAIO.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ E' da un pò che volevo recensire il Panificio Pannofino di Pietro. Tutti i suoi prodotti sono ottimi. In casa i suoi prodotti spariscono sempre prima del previsto. Vi consiglio di provare i biscotti, il pan papato, il panettone e su richiesta la focaccia (a me piace molto la focaccia ripiena con la cipolla, tipica Pugliese!). Grande Pietro!!!
It has been a while since I wanted to review Pietro's Panificio Pannofino. All of its products are excellent. At home, its products always disappear sooner than expected. I recommend you to try the biscuits, the papato bread, the panettone and on request the focaccia (I really like the focaccia stuffed with onion, typical of Puglia!). Great Peter !!!
