E' però, il posto dove segnalare un disservizio. Quindi, vengo alla mia segnalazione. Dopo aver richiesto del pane di un formato che non si trova dappertutto, vado alla cassa per pagare con la carta di credito. La ragazza dietro la cassa mi guarda senza espressione e mi fa sapere che loro non "hanno" la possibilità di pagare con la carta. Inutile le mie insistenze che il panificio dove solitamente mi servo, accetta la carta anche per pagare un panino. La risposta: "Vada dalla concorrenza." Vorrei far presente che la cassa era evidentemente dell'ultima generazione e quindi, è una scelta commerciale di non far pagare con la carta. Aggiungo che mi hanno fatto sapere che "quando" avrebbero accettato il pagamento con la carta, avrebbero posto un limite minimo sotto il quale non avrebbero accetto il pagamento digitale. I panifici sono cambiati, sono adesso delle piccole botteghe dove si trova un po' di tutto. I panini con le gocce di cioccolato, sono in tutti i panifici ma ogni città ha il suo pane e i nomi cambiano. La cultura del pane a tavola è un simbolo bellissimo. Complimenti chi con passione e impegno porta avanti un un'attività commerciale dove ad oggi esiste una guerra del pane tra i precotti e i superlieviti cosa ben diversa dal pane. The bakeries have changed, they are now small shops where you can find a bit of everything. Sandwiches with chocolate chips are in all bakeries but every city has its own bread and the names change. The culture of bread at the table is a beautiful symbol.
