Erano chiusi solo con un gancetto in metallo (non so se il panificio li consegna così o sia stato il negozio ad aprire la confezione). Risultato: erano immangiabili, impregnati di un olio vecchio che rendeva il gusto orrido, quasi simile alla muffa (lotto L154/19 - scadenza teorica 30/12/2019). La stessa confezione era tutta unta! Non so se ciò sia dipeso dalla chiusura non ermetica o se siano stati conservati male.
Consiglio al panificio di fare un controllo sulle restanti confezioni di taralli presenti presso il punto vendita.
I bought tomato and basil taralli from this bakery at the conad in via ruggiero in Caserta. They were closed only with a metal hook (I don't know if the bakery delivers them like this or the store opened the package). Result: they were inedible, impregnated with an old oil that made the taste horrible, almost similar to mold (lot L154 / 19 - theoretical deadline 12/30/2019). The same package was all greasy! I don't know if this was due to the non-hermetic closure or if they were not properly preserved.
I advise the bakery to check the remaining taralli packs present at the point of sale.
