L'impasto era leggero, croccante, con i condimenti di buona qualità. La storia del panificio arena si sente e si vede. Ottima focaccia ci torneremo. Focaccia tasty, to say good is reductive. Realizzano anche pane ai grani antichi, di timminia etc. che a noi piacciono, TUTTO A LIEVITAZIONE NATURALE con lievito madre proprio. Realizzano anche focaccia schiacciate chiacchiere (classiche e ricoperte di cioccolato fondente). Il proprietario, nonostante il periodo, non perde occasione di seguire i clienti che possono richiedere più assistenza. Noi era la prima volta che entravamo e non conoscendo l'assortimento abbiamo richiesto la sua guida. Ci è stato anche offerto di assaggiare un dolce appena sfornato con ricotta e gocce di cioccolato fondente. Io personalmente non amo i dolci con la ricotta, Ma ammetto questo era così buono che lo abbiamo acquistato. CONSIGLIATISSIMO, certamente torneremo. Ho dimenticato di chiedere se fanno consegne a domicilio, ma l'esperienza di acquisto in negozio la consiglio caldamente. Very small venue But the eventual wait is definitely worth it.
