Mauro made me taste almost everything in the shop and explained in details every part of the process and the ingredients used to make each pastry/biscuit type etc...and also made me taste his selection of Colombian chocolate plus his home made rhum liqueur which was unbelievably tasty! I recommend this bakery to everyone who stops in Montefiascone.
