★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nel cuore di Marsala mi sarei aspettato di gustare la focaccia con pollo, tipica ricetta esclusivamente lilibetana, invece all’interno c’era un pessimo ragù alla bolognese. Più attenzione alla tradizione non guasterebbe.
