Al ritorno, sempre in bici, stremati, ci fermiamo di fronte a questo panificio per riposare 5 minuti.
L'odore proveniente dal locale era così buono da metterci l'appetito.
Il proprietario, vedendoci, entra dentro ed esce ad offrirci un buccellato buonissimo: friabile l'impasto e gustoso il ripieno ai fichi.
Un gesto carinissimo molto apprezzato e non da tutti, di questi tempi... Grazie ?
With a friend we go down to Palermo by bike starting from Piana.
On the way back, still by bike, exhausted, we stop in front of this bakery to rest for 5 minutes.
The smell from the place was so good it made us hungry.
The owner, seeing us, goes inside and goes out to offer us a very good buccellato: crumbly the dough and tasty the filling with figs.
A very nice gesture much appreciated and not by everyone, these days ... Thanks ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non ero mai avuto occasione di entrare in questo Panificio.Di ritorno da un giro panoramico,ho acquistato diverse prelibatezze....Pane cotto a Legna, Biscotti, Dolcetti e Uova fresche di Giornata.Se ne avrete l'opportunità entrateci,non ve né pentirete.
