★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il pane cotto a legna è impastato con farine buone,e da ogni dove parlano di questo panificio come uno dei migliori .Metto 4 stelle,però,perchè avendo acquistato due mezze focacce all'Iperfutura ,nel momento in cui le ho affettate ho ritrovato all'interno l'impasto fresco non cotto,molle,appiccicoso;non potevo proprio mangiarlo e l'ho riposto nella busta.Sarà capitato.
The wood-fired bread is mixed with good flours, and from everywhere they speak of this bakery as one of the best. inside the fresh unbaked, soft, sticky dough; I just couldn't eat it and put it back in the bag.
