Dopo anni di frequentissimi visite (quasi giornaliere), e dopo aver portato svariate persone anche di notte ad assaggiare i prodotti di questo panificio, mi è stata negata una prenotazione telefonica per circa 6 pezzi da ritirarsi in mattina. La proprietaria al telefono ha sostenuto che non accetta prenotazioni senza acconto se non di presenza, e il tutto con grande aggressività e maleducazione! Questo discorso fa acqua da tutte le parte, trattandosi di un piccolo ordine di un cliente fisso. Non mi vedranno mai più. Né me né amici e parenti. Non si trattano così i clienti affezionati. SHAMEFUL!
