★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non cambio idea sulla bontà di questo esercizio, nè sulla gentilezza del personale, però le attuali addette al banco non brillano proprio. Qualche tempo addietro ho fatto notare che, potendo stare dentro un massimo di tre persone, avrebbero dovuto ammettere una persona per famiglia altrimenti si sarebbe formata una lunga fila fuori, ma non mi hanno capito. Oggi una di loro era addetta a servire una cliente che desiderava molti prodotti, mentre l'altra era impelagata in conti interni. Dopo ben venti minuti si è accorta che esistevano anche altri clienti e si è dedicata a servire. Gentili si ma non basta.
I do not change my mind on the goodness of this exercise, nor on the kindness of the staff, but the current counter staff do not really shine. Some time ago I pointed out that, being able to stay inside a maximum of three people, they would have to admit one person per family otherwise a long line would have formed outside, but they did not understand me. Today one of them was in charge of serving a customer who wanted a lot of products, while the other was stuck in internal accounts. After a good twenty minutes she realized that there were other customers too and she dedicated herself to serving. Gentiles yes but not enough.
