Dategli un aumento che trovare qualcuno che sappia guidare a Siracusa è arduo. I haven't been there but in the middle of the traffic we were in a hurry and the delivery guy kindly got out of the way so it seems fair to thank you. Give him a raise that finding someone who can drive in Syracuse is hard.
