All'esterno ci sono scritti 8-12-18 ovvero gli orari in cui viene sfornato il pane caldo, una peculiarità davvero interessante per un panificio. I prodotti sono davvero buoni. Il pane locale con il sesamo sopra è una cosa da provare assolutamente. I biscotti deliziosi e profumati. Pizza davvero golosa, le mie preferite sono la Saccense e la Turca pizze tipicamente siciliane. La cortesia del titolare e delle ragazze col grembiule rosa è degna di nota. A Sciacca c'è solo Grano d'oro. Small local bakery with always the queue outside (there must be a reason). Ho messo due stelle perché alle 20:30 circa, in un panificio che oltre al pane, peraltro di ottima qualità e ai grissini integrali speciali che compro spesso da lui, non tenga una pizza tra le tante esposte senza fondo con pomodoro. Le mie due stelle sono il frutto di una serata a girare Sciacca senza aver trovato un panificio con pizze d'asporto che avesse un pizza senza fondo con pomodoro ,forse stanco di girare e un po' nervoso mi sono lasciato andare . Sicuramente a mente serena posso dire che il vostro panificio non meritava le due stelle mi scuso per questa mia recensione forse troppo frettolosa.
