★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uno dei posti pià belli che ci siano a Bazzano. E' un forno storico, con molti tipi di pane ma soprattutto una "stria" eccezionale... mangiata calda ti si scioglie letteralmente in bocca. Impagabile il profumo che si spande nella via....un aerosol balsamico di cose buone

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottimo forno. Ampia scelta di dolci e salati molto gustosi. L'unico problema é armarsi di pazienza, in quanto, vista la notorietà, é sempre pieno ed il negozio é veramente molto piccolo. Quindi spesso si fa fila già sulla strada.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottimo forno qualsiasi tipo di pane si compera hai la certezza di dover tenere a bada la mano per impedire il suo va e vieni dal sacchetto per mangiare un pezzettino dopo l'altro.
Per non parlare della stria calda che è, e, e , ho non trovo le parole per descrivere questo sapore.
Ma soprattutto c'è l'odore di pane cotto (che si sentiva una volta e oggi non più), che ti fa girare la testa e cercare da dove viene e se non sai dove si trova il forno lo cerchi nella laterale nascosto, piccolo lo spaccio, ma che goduria trovarlo.
Excellent oven any type of bread you buy you can be sure of having to hold your hand at bay to prevent its coming and going from the bag to eat a piece after another.
Not to mention the hot streak that it is, and, and, I can't find the words to describe this flavor.
But above all there is the smell of baked bread (which was felt once and today no longer), which makes you turn your head and look for where it comes from and if you don't know where the oven is located, look for it in the hidden side, small I sell it, but what a pleasure to find it.

Excellent oven, lots of artisan products, kind and efficient staff, absolutely worth a visit, taste the wholemeal pizzas, they are worth a pass by themselves.
