★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pane ottimo così come i biscotti soprattutto i brutti buoni. La schiacciata no è male ma il pezzo forte è la crostata di albicocche e quella di more.
 Great bread as well as cookies especially the good ones. The crush is not bad but the highlight is the apricot tart and blackberry tart.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tanta cura e pulizia scrupolosa il ché è la prima cosa. Ottimo il pane sopratutto quello.toscano e ogni mattina le infornate di focacce e pizze artigianali. Unica nota: non mi sono piaciuti molto i cantucci e gli zuccherini, impasto buono ma totalmente diverso dalle vere ricette originali, quindi preferisco quelli Pratesi . Nel complesso consigliato senz'altro.
A lot of care and scrupulous cleaning which is the first thing. Excellent bread especially the Tuscan one and every morning the batches of homemade focaccia and pizzas. Only note: I didn't like the cantucci and the sugars very much, the dough is good but totally different from the real original recipes, so I prefer the Pratesi ones. Overall definitely recommended.
