Dopo averne sentito parlare benissimo in città,
ho deciso di ordinare qui il rinfresco per la festa di compleanno di una bambina (25 bambini più genitori), schiacciata farcita, pizze e panini, tutto buonissimo, qualità e quantità perfette, prezzo ottimo, gentili e professionali al massimo, gli ospiti mi hanno fatto i complimenti, assolutamente consigliato! I decided to order here refreshments for a little girl's birthday party (25 children plus parents), stuffed flatbread, pizzas and sandwiches, all very good, perfect quality and quantity, great price, kind and professional at best, guests have me compliments, absolutely recommended! Thanks!!

Senza neanche una scatola per torte e servita da due incapaci che invece di pensare a servirmi perdevano tempo a chiacchierare con altra gente. Sono stata troppo educata a non lasciarla sul bancone. Come nuovo inizio avete toppato alla grande per me potete anche chiudere… Ad Arezzo ci sono pasticcerie migliori!

Without even a box for cakes and served by two incapable ones who, instead of thinking about serving me, wasted time chatting with other people. I was too polite not to leave it on the counter. As a new beginning you have messed up great for me you can also close ... In Arezzo there are better pastry shops!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siamo a pranzo da amici e decido di andare alla pasticceria dei fratelli Ciardi per portare dei pasticcini visto che se ne parla bene. Mi salta all’occhio un rettangolo di torta al cioccolato a 2,50€ e decido di prenderlo assieme ad altri 13 pasticcini mignon. Totale 38€! Chiedo lumi e mi viene detto che tutte le monoporzioni costano 5 euro (avevano sbagliato il cartellino !)comunque 33€ per pochi pasticcini sono troppi. Pago, torno a prendere il vassoio e vado via. Dulcis in fundo apro il cartoccio e di un pasticcino c’è solo la carta. Non lo consiglio.
We are having lunch with friends and I decide to go to the pastry shop of the Ciardi brothers to bring some pastries as they are talked about well. A rectangle of chocolate cake for € 2.50 catches my eye and I decide to take it along with 13 other miniature pastries. Total 38 €! I ask for explanations and I am told that all single portions cost 5 euros (they had the tag wrong!) However, 33 € for a few pastries is too much. I pay, I go back to take the tray and go away. Last but not least, I open the packet and there is only the paper of a pastry. I don't recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Locale bello, facile da raggiungere comodo il parcheggio ma veramente troppo caro.
Ho pagato una tartarella alla frutta fresca 5 euro che viste le dimensioni sono veramente tante, da tenere poi in considerazione che la pasta frolla era gommosa così come la crema molto dura il che mi ha fatto riflettere se fosse stata del giorno stesso.
Possibilità di mangiare anche pizza e salato senza dubbio di buona qualità.
Comunque ottimo il cappuccino e la qualità del caffè.
Nice place, easy to reach, convenient parking but really too expensive.
I paid 5 euros for a tartarella with fresh fruit which given the size is really a lot, to take into consideration that the shortcrust pastry was rubbery as well as the very hard cream which made me think if it had been of the same day.
Possibility to eat pizza and salty without a doubt of good quality.
However, the cappuccino and the quality of the coffee are excellent.
