Vi consiglio vivamente una passeggiata al paese di Garaguso!
In many years of frequenting Matera, I can assure you that this ancient oven produces the best artisan bread from Matera ... the focaccias in various condiments are unmatched!
I highly recommend a walk to the town of Garaguso!
