Superficie poco lucida e con grinze.
Molto scarseggiante il gusto dolce,asciutta e stopposa,poco cotta e non freschissima.
 Piada dei morti poor in garnish ... no pine nuts, not whole but flaked almonds, soft walnuts.
Low-gloss and wrinkled surface.
The sweet taste is very scarce, dry and stringy, undercooked and not very fresh.
