Le focacce sono magistralmente preparate con ingredienti a km 0 cotti come li facevano le nostre nonne. Anche i dolci rispieccano il passato conservando i profumi di una volta. Il pane preparato con le migliori farine locali soddisfano le esigenze di tutti i clienti. Spesso potete osservare Silvia, la proprietaria preparare dei fantastici biscotti bolliti, rispettandone i tempi e soprattutto gli ingredienti tracciati e sicuri.
The owners, despite being young, have managed to combine tradition with innovation. The focacce are masterfully prepared with 0 km cooked ingredients as our grandmothers used to make them.
