Abito e lavoro in zona, non tornerò e non mancherò di trasmettere la mia esperienza. Era già buono prima, ma dopo che l'attuale famiglia di egiziani l'ha preso in gestione tutto ha fatto un balzo di qualità, a cominciare dall'aspetto del negozio. Pane, pizza e pasticceria ai più alti livelli con prodotto di punta quel pane speciale fatto col lievito madre per cui il panificio è giustamente famoso e ha meritato l'attenzione della stampa nazionale. (Per intenderci un prezzo di 27€/Kg c.a., laddove lo stesso prodotto già confezionato ha un costo di c.a. 10€/kg c.a.). Sfogline che peraltro, seppur pagate a peso d'oro, di sicuro non erano più buone di quelle che potete comprare in qualsiasi supermercato. Non ritengo siano necessarie altre spiegazioni per motivare il bassissimo giudizio attribuito a questi commercianti che purtroppo, come tanti altri, pensano che i loro clienti siano degli stupidi e che si possa estorcere loro qualsiasi prezzo.
