V	Valerio Maggi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il miglior Pane della provincia di Brindisi, eccellente qualità. Forse è uno dei pochi a fare ancora il pane a mano e secondo le antiche ricette pugliesi. Da provare assolutamente i "taralli" al forno (non bolliti), mai assaggiati così, si sente benissimo il vino autoctono e l'olio extravergine d'oliva del salento. Si possono trovare inoltre Frise, Biscotti, Crostate, Focacce, Cornetti, Rustici, Rotolini col wurstel, Dolci alle mandorle, pane di tutti i tipi, pane bianco, integrale, pane di grano duro, panini all'olio, rosette e filoncini. Non sempre i prodotti sono tutti disponibili perchè seguono attentamente la stagionalità delle materie prime. In estate ci si può fermare di notte per uno spuntino ottimo ed economico. Vasta scelta di prodotti, dolci come brioches, crostatine e pasticceria secca, oppure salato come focacce di vari tipi; taralli, frise e pane di ogni tipo e genere. La vicina stazione di servizio garantisce anche il parcheggio per una breve visita. Assolutamente consigliato, da provare! Ps l'estate per chi fa tardi la notte o si sveglia presto la mattina, trova già tutto caldo prima dell'alba!!! A small artisan bakery but which contains goodness, freshness and quality! Varie le preparazioni tutte fatte rigorosamente a mano e secondo tradizione. Focaccia al pomodoro squisita, come anche i golosini molto apprezzati dai ragazzi!
