Nonostante questo il personale è gentile e cortese. La scelta di pane è limitata alla produzione giornaliera, per cui si rischia di non trovare il pane che si vuole a tutte le ore, specialmente nei periodi di festa. Limitatissima anche la scelta di dolci, mentre buona la produzione di pasta fresca da ravioli a lasagne (non tutti i giorni e conviene prenotare anche telefonando). Buonissimo il pugliese che va presto a ruba e la focaccia al trancio. Non posso dire altrettanto dei francesi troppo molli x i miei gusti. All'interno è possibile trovare anche affettati, qualche prodotto da frigo e da dispensa, come si usava una volta nei panifici e questo lo rende molto caratteristico. Prezzi del pane nella norma, abbastanza cari gli altri.
