★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Forno scoperto per caso, stavo comprando dei mini tramezzini al Bar Quadrato aprilia qnd la titolare mi ha decantato qnt fosse buona la pizza rossa e ripiena , appunto del Forno Caruso. mossa dalla curiosità, ho messo waze e sono giunta sul luogo, dove ho trovato un Forno eccezionale ...sia x la lievitazione del pane che la bontà delle varie pizze a taglio, comprato pizza rossa naturalmente, è poi un tortino di ricotta con gocce al cioccolato a 2.50... al titolare stavo raccontando che me lo aveva consigliato la titolare del bar e ... mi ha omaggiato di un assaggio di pizza alla marinara divina appena sfornata, croccante sotto e morbida sopra con un gusto eccezionale... ho deciso sarò la Loro nuova cliente sia x la scelta dei prodotti che x l Eccellente qualità di lievitazione bravi meritate 10 Stelle grazie sIg.
