 Being a bakery I go there often. The bread is excellent, and so are the other specialties. Very nice staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Per chi vuole ritrovare l'odore ed il sapore perduto del pane fatto nel forno a legna con un lievito madre. Il panificio sembra la stanza di una comune casa, ma una volta entrati ci si trova davanti un espositore piccolo che contiene il pane in pochissime forme e con una caratterisica comune: un odore inebriante del pane cotto nel forno a legna. Non vi preoccupate di consumarlo lo stesso giorno, potete consumarlo anche il giorno dopo o il giorno dopo ancora, odore e sapore rimangono quelli e se avete la fortuna di arrivare quando viene appena sfornato basterà farlo condire dal sig. Cammarata, con un po' di olio, sale, origano e se si vuole con un acciuga e farete un tuffo nel passato. Da non perdere
For those who want to rediscover the lost smell and taste of bread made in a wood oven with a mother yeast. The bakery looks like the room of a common house, but once you enter, you find yourself in front of a small display unit that contains bread in very few shapes and with a common characteristic: an intoxicating smell of bread baked in a wood oven. Do not worry about consuming it the same day, you can also consume it the day after or the day after again, the smell and taste remain the same and if you are lucky enough to arrive when it is freshly baked, just have it seasoned by Mr. Cammarata, with a little oil, salt, oregano and if you want with an anchovy and you will dive into the past.
