Tutto a dir poco squisito...panzerotti sublimi...arancino strepitoso...varie polpette stra buone e il rustico molto buono. I ragazzi all interno del panificio LA PRIMAVERA gentili e cordiali. Ottimo tutto bravi We were in the center of Gallipoli and we were able to taste some products of their production. All nothing short of exquisite ... sublime panzerotti ... amazing arancino ... various good meatballs and very good rustic. The guys inside the LA PRIMAVERA bakery were kind and friendly. Non siamo nati ieri e certi "magheggi" si conoscono. Meriterebbero che tutti i clienti chiedessero che venga pesata nuovamente la merce. Le focacce sono buonissime anche le pizzette. Purtroppo non pubblico le foto perché essendo così buono abbiamo divorato tutto ??... Super consigliatissimo! This bakery was a discovery in Gallipoli. Every morning before going to the beach we would come by to get something good for lunch. The focaccias are also very good the pizzas. Unfortunately I don't publish the photos because being so good we devoured everything ?? ... Super highly recommended!

Prodotti da forno: pizze al trancio molto buone, così come i taralli, i dolci e tutte le specialità tipiche. Si può anche scegliere tra diversi affettati e farsi fare dei panini. Prezzi: medio alti, un trancio di pizza costa mediamente 1,80€, i taralli vengono 10€ al kg, mentre le paste sono sui 1,20€ l'una, prezzi che giustifico per un bar in centro, non per un "fornaio all'ingrosso come si definiscono". Personale: punto più critico in quanto nonostante ci siano due persone adibite al solo servizio clienti e il numero massimo dei clienti sia di 3 vi troverete ad aspettare non poco, poca chiarezza nelle risposte alle domande sui prodotti tipici e spesso assenza di cortesia alla cassa. La lentezza del servizio si traduce ogni mattina nella fila che si vede all'esterno del locale. Bakery in the center of Gallipoli, difficult to review but we go in descending order.
