Hanno anche una grande varieta' di prodotti locali preparati direttamente sul posto (anzi sul retro!! :p). We had a straight and we came to buy the excellent "vein" that they prepare in this bakery !!! They also have a large variety of local products prepared directly on the spot (indeed on the back !!: p).
A	Antonia De Pascalis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Veramente una bellissima scoperta, grazie alla mia famiglia di Carpignano! Ambiente, accoglienza e ingredienti top e che dire della puccetta con le olive.. Ottima! ..e rispettosa del gusto originario. Da provare le pizze rustiche (con una farcitura buonissima a scelta..) e le focacce (consiglio quella con farina di farro e pomodorini, su ordinazione), spesso servite ancora calde direttamente dall'impeccabile laboratorio nel retro bottega. Altrettanto meritevoli di segnalazione i biscottini preparati con farine speciali (miglio, riso, saraceno e canapa. Sempre solo su ordinazione!), croccanti, intensi e non eccessivamente dolci. La pasta fatta in casa inoltre, è deliziosa! Buonissime come da tradizione le orecchiette, le sagne 'ncannulate ed i maccheroncini. Sosta consigliata! Truly a wonderful discovery, thanks to my Carpignano family! Environment, hospitality and top ingredients and what about the puccetta with olives .. Excellent! ..and respectful of the original taste. Try the rustic pizzas (with a delicious filling of your choice ..) and the focacce (I recommend that with spelled flour and cherry tomatoes, to order), often still served hot directly from the impeccable laboratory in the back shop. Equally worthy of mention are the biscuits prepared with special flours (millet, rice, Saracen and hemp. Always only to order!), Crunchy, intense and not too sweet. Furthermore, the homemade pasta is delicious! The orecchiette, the sagne 'ncannulate and the maccheroncini are very good. Recommended stop!
