Non vendono solo pane di diverse forme e fatti con grani di varietà diverse, ma anche biscotti al latte, dolcetti alle mandorle e pistacchio, dolci farciti con la cucuzzata (confettura a base di zucchine lunghe siciliane), crostate, brioches. Preparano pure pizze al trancio, calzoni, mignolate dette anche 'mmiscate, focacce.
It is one of my favorite bakeries in Agrigento. They not only sell bread of different shapes and made with grains of different varieties, but also milk biscuits, almond and pistachio sweets, sweets stuffed with cucuzzata (jam made from long Sicilian courgettes), pies, brioches. They also prepare pizza by the slice, calzoni, mignolate also called 'mmiscate, focaccia.
