★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il vero pane con le patate è quello marsicano, e quello di Conte è uno dei migliori della Marsica. Crosta spessa e croccante, mollica morbida ed elastica. Il pane si conserva anche per una settimana e sembra fatto a posta per la scarpetta a fine piatto.
