Organized and treated in detail, the products arrive in an elegant and reusable cardboard "box". So far I've only ordered good things, with peaks of excellence (never eaten carrots that good!)

I'm sorry for the negative reviews, but apart from a few minor mistakes punctually resolved for the correctness and absolute honesty of Paniere Bio, we have made more orders from central and northern Italy with this company than for me and for all the friends and family who take advantage is the TOP for Sicilian products! Who knows the true taste of natural and "organic" fruit and vegetables (the one not drowned in pesticides and anti-mold that make it "beautiful" only in appearance, of a ghostly beauty that poisons and intoxicates the blood !!!) who knows the products truly collected in the fields of the peasants of yesteryear, yes, recognize and appreciate the great good that comes from eating these authentic delights! I recommend to those who were disappointed to try again ... Look that honesty always rewards in the end !!! We have touched with the family that this company is sincere, loyal, honest (mind you: if a product is not there they tell you immediately ... Others just cheat in many ways to sell ... I repeat: honesty is not has price !!!). We are too accustomed to large-scale chains, to supermarkets with poisons disguised as advertising spots with sealing wax apples, with artificially colored fruits ... Try to pick an apricot from a "wild" tree without commercial fertilization ... it is the same as the other ... And often someone is much more mature and almost rotten while others are immature ... Let's remember nature, how it works and how it is good for our health ... I close here, adding that even the refrigerated courier that Paniere Bio has chosen (Serafini: I had never heard of it and I inquired as friends) is a 100% made in Italy company - another Italian excellence in Europe! What more can we say? That the tomatoes from Paniere Bio (friends have been buying them for years) are the scent of Sicily on the table! And let's not talk about vegetables and fruit ... We make smoothies and ice creams to pass out from goodness! There is absolutely no comparison with vegetables and fruit from supermarkets !!! In short, I feel sorry for those who stop at a few easily resolvable details and do not look at the essentials: perfume, flavor, "certified" organic authenticity that brings health, true health !!! as Hippocrates said: "Make food your medicine and make medicine your food!" (in family and among friends there are oncologists and nutritionists who know very well how to distinguish the benefit of organic fruit and vegetables harvested and put on the table after max 48 hours !!!) ... Great find and great company. Impeccable organization, perfect packing. We have rediscovered the flavors of the past. We are on our third order for us and have also ordered for our loved ones. Everything perfect, really! And who leaves them more ... congratulations, keep it up, very good!

Bad shopping experience on the site. First of all, the order before shipment is partially refunded for the absence of a product (more correct would have been a warning). The worst surprise comes with the package, a polystyrene package split inside in which the products were put in bulk and with the worst fate befell the Avocado and the mango: they all arrived traumatized by the various dents causing a quick oxidation and relative rot. Sent email to fully inform the company no response was received.

The money spent is not proportional to the quality of the products received. At the view and touch the fruit is old and partly dented. The vegetable cassette does not sprinkle any pleasant smell and the taste is almost non-existent. I hope my order is an isolated case! I will never buy more products in this consortium.
