Nell'attesa del panino, patate spicchio con crema di caciocavallo e tartufo e montanara di mortadella, impossibile non provarli. Per finire, abbiamo assaggiato una tartelletta di spuma chantilly e una scomposta di pane carasau. Buona la proposta al calice. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Assolutamente da provare.
