E	Emanuele Drago on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una piccola premessa: la qualità del cibo, il sapore e l'attenzione nei piatti sono sicuramente da 5 stelle. Il motivo di un punteggio più basso è rappresentato dalla scarsa qualità del servizio e da molti altri fattori. Innanzitutto le immagini che si vedono sul profilo Google del locale non sono tutte veritiere. Ho scelto questo posto per una cena con la mia famiglia, pensando di poter gustare un tagliere di ottimo salumi o un buon primo ed invece appena ci siamo seduti scopro che fanno solo panini. Poco male, per la mia bimba scelgo le crocchette fatte in casa per scoprire che sono terminate, già alle 20 e 30. Allora con mia moglie scegliamo un panino e un assaggio di bruschette le quali arrivano quasi subito mentre ovviamente il panino ci mette un po', dal momento che viene fatto in diretta. Morale: mia moglie cena con bruschette fredde. Ma la cosa che in assoluto che mi ha dato più fastidio di tutte è stata che al momento di pagare il conto ho provato a farlo con la carta e mi è stato risposto che non accettano pagamenti elettronici, però la cosa non è segnalata in alcun modo da nessuna parte. La trovo una mancanza di rispetto verso i propri clienti non tollerabile. Mi è toccato uscire dal locale, cercare e trovare un bancomat, prelevare e ritornare al locale per pagare. Si mangia veramente bene ma non credo valga la pena provare questo locale, troppi disservizi. Non consigliato. Not bad, for my little girl I choose the homemade croquettes to find that they are finished, already at 20:30. Then with my wife we choose a sandwich and a taste of bruschetta which arrive almost immediately while obviously the sandwich takes a little ', since it is done live. Moral: my wife dines with cold bruschetta. But the thing that bothered me most of all was that at the time of paying the bill I tried to do it with the card and I was told that they do not accept electronic payments, but this is not reported in any way. nowhere. I find it a lack of respect towards its customers not tolerable. I had to leave the place, look for and find an ATM, withdraw and return to the place to pay. The food is really good but I don't think it's worth trying this place, too many disservices. Not recommended.
M	Maria Elena Fortuna on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una cena al Pangurmè può essere un'alternativa simpatica (ahinoi, non abbiamo più l'età di un teenager!) alle pizze o alle cene più impegnative. I panini proposti sono tutti molto invitanti, gli ingredienti usati di qualità. Le salse, di loro produzione, sono buone, qualcuna non particolarmente saporita ma di certo è da preferire l'Home Made piuttosto che i prodotti industriali. Bellissima l'idea della brioche con la nutella (mi ha fatto sentire bambina/adolescente mangiando una brioche buonissima, condivisa perché enorme). Il personale è molto gentile e professionale ma si ravvisa un po' di improvvisazione perché è capitato di vedere che la persona che preparava un panino è la stessa che ci ha fatto il conto e a cui abbiamo pagato nonostante un'altra persona dello staff fosse fuori a chiacchierare. La cucina a vista è una bella idea ma dovrebbe ricevere un po' più di attenzione (pulizia e odore). Scelta di birre artigianali contenuta ma adatte alla tipologia di panini proposti. La Bio Cola è una validissima alternativa alla Coca Cola totalmente artificiale. Qualcuno potrebbe dubitare del punteggio per alcune "criticità" segnalate. Non vivo più a Eboli e mi fa piacere vedere l'impegno di quanti si siano messi in gioco per creare un'attività e per cercare di dare vita al centro storico in parte ancora sgarrupato (traduzione = fatiscente). Tutti possiamo migliorare. In questo caso si tratta di qualche attenzione in più. Al prossimo soggiorno a Eboli. The staff is very kind and professional but there is a bit of improvisation because it happened to see that the person who made a sandwich is the same one who gave us the bill and to which we paid even though another staff person was out to to chat. The open kitchen is a nice idea but it should get a little more attention (cleanliness and smell). Limited choice of craft beers but suitable for the type of sandwiches proposed. Bio Cola is a very valid alternative to totally artificial Coca Cola. Someone could doubt the score for some "critical issues" reported. I no longer live in Eboli and I am pleased to see the commitment of those who have put themselves into the game to create an activity and to try to give life to the old town, which is still partly rundown (translation = dilapidated). Gli interni sono piccoli ma accoglienti, il servizio buono. Located in the historic center of the city, it offers a decent selection of excellent quality sandwiches and side dishes. Il panino è un tripudio di sapori, qualitativamente eccellente, preparato in maniera impeccabile; azzardo dire superlativo. Unico difetto? Dopo averne mangiato uno non puoi più smettere. Buona la scelta dei panini e particolarmente buono il pane. Degni di nota anche ketchup e maionese preparati artigianalmente.
