★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Appena andato via, dato che dopo 15 minuti lì dentro non sono stato calcolato minimamente. Capisco i tempi duri e altro, ma se mi chiedi se mi serve qualcosa e rispondo di sì non mi aspetto di continuare ad essere ignorato. Atteggiamento del tutto inadeguato, scontroso e svogliato. O almeno così mi è apparso. Tutto ciò inaspettato dato che un tempo vi era un bel servizio e la qualità del cibo era migliore (l’ultima volta i churros erano delle palle di zucchero).
Just left, since after 15 minutes in there I was not calculated in the least. I understand hard times and more, but if you ask me if I need anything and I say yes I don't expect to continue being ignored. Completely inadequate, grumpy and listless attitude. Or so it appeared to me. All this unexpected given that once there was a good service and the quality of the food was better (last time the churros were sugar balls).

La signora bionda al bancone se non ha voglia di lavorare potrebbe starsersene a casa. Atteggiamento vergognoso e spavaldo. Nessuno del personale al bancone indossava la mascherina. Ho semplicemente osservato che fosse il caso indossarla, mi è stato risposto "mettila tu io faccio come mi pare".
Mi dispiace solo che ho segnalato il tutto immediatamente alla Polizia Municipale ma sicuramente non servirà a nulla.
Locali del genere meritano la chiusura.
Terrible. Pre-fried and reheated food under my eyes.
If the blonde lady at the counter doesn't feel like working, she could stay at home. Shameful and bold attitude. None of the counter staff wore masks. I simply observed that it was appropriate to wear it, I was replied "put it on, I'll do as I please".
I'm only sorry that I immediately reported everything to the Municipal Police but it certainly won't help.
Such places deserve closure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Scortesi, sia la 'signora' che la persona in cassa. Sembra che gli fai un favore ad essere li. Alle 19.45 di un mercoledì di agosto, avevano solo birra calda, perché la fredda era finita. L'hamburger del McDonald's in confronto è da ristorante stellato.
Entrambi, non usavano la mascherina, nel rispetto delle norme Covid e nel rispetto dei clienti.
Rude, both the 'lady' and the person at the cashier. Looks like you're doing him a favor by being there. At 7.45pm on a Wednesday in August, they only had hot beer, because the cold was over. The McDonald's burger is a star restaurant in comparison.
Both did not use the mask, in compliance with Covid regulations and in respect of customers.

Rude. Fried but not cooked food. There is no separate collection for waste. Not recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottimo locale dove consumare uno spuntino veloce con tante idee sfiziose ma soprattutto dove mangiare un buonissimo "panfrit" .
Unica nota stonata è che non c'è posto per stare seduti dentro e all esterno solo quattro tavoli!!!
Excellent place to have a quick snack with many tasty ideas but above all to eat a delicious "panfrit".
The only discordant note is that there is no place to sit inside and only four tables outside !!!

Ottime patatine servite in modo sfiziosi, ma anche i panini non sono male, quello però che lo contraddistingue è il famoso Pan fritto (una pagnotta fritta con all'interno la frittura di pesce), buonissima.unico neo è la scarsità di posti a sedere per chi non ama lo street food.
Da provare.
Great food, where fried food reigns. Excellent fries served in a delicious way, but also the sandwiches are not bad, but what distinguishes it is the famous Pan fritto (a fried loaf with fried fish inside), very good. for those who do not love street food.

Ho ordinato delle olive ascolane che dovevano essere 8.
Mentre le mettevano nella confezione gliene e caduta una e nonostante avessero notato che li avevo visti hanno comunque fatto finta di niente.
Davvero inaccettabile.
Vi sconsiglio assolutamente di andarci.
I went to scartozz.
I ordered some Ascoli olives which must have been 8.
While they were putting them in the box, one dropped them and even though they noticed that I had seen them they still pretended nothing happened.
Really unacceptable.
I absolutely advise against going there.
