★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi spiace molto ma devo dare una valutazione negativa alle focacce di questa panetteria. Focaccia normale, con cipolle, pizza, pizzette e focaccine. Occorre migliorare la morbidezza dell'impasto. Ripensare alla preparazione del pomodoro che risulta troppo invadente. Le cipolle non devono essere.semplicemente messe sulla focaccia, non si crea la "cremina" del primo strato. Note positive: la cordialità e l'olio.
I am very sorry but I have to give a negative evaluation to the focaccias of this bakery. Normal focaccia, with onions, pizza, small pizzas and scones. The softness of the dough needs to be improved. Rethink the preparation of the tomato which is too intrusive. The onions must not be simply put on the focaccia, the "cream" of the first layer is not created. Positive notes: the friendliness and the oil.
