★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Выбор был не особо велик. На прилавке практически ничего не было. Но возможно это было связано с тем, что мы пришли через 10 минут после открытия и прилавки просто не успели заполнить. Мы шли сюда попробовать фокаччо. Фокаччо было только приготовленное, горячее и вкусное. Хозяин вынес его из кухни. Если хотите попробовать настоящее итальянское фокаччо в Полиньяно, Вам сюда. Рекомендую!
The choice was not very great. There was practically nothing on the counter. But perhaps this was due to the fact that we arrived 10 minutes after the opening and the counters simply did not have time to fill. We went here to try focaccio. The focaccio was just cooked, hot and delicious. The owner carried him out of the kitchen. If you want to taste real Italian focaccio in Polignano, go here. I recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Di passaggio, quasi all'ora di chiusura siamo riusciti ad assaggiare questa ottima focaccia morbidissima e gustosa ( impasto con patate lesse).
Ottimo anche il pane di semola tutto a lievitazione naturale.
Il commesso ( proprietario?) gentilissimo e cordiale. Da ritornare magari per assaggiare le altre cose che aimé a quell'ora erano terminate.
In passing, almost at closing time, we were able to taste this excellent soft and tasty focaccia (dough with boiled potatoes).
Semolina bread with natural leavening is also excellent.
The salesman (owner?) Very kind and friendly. Maybe to come back to taste the other things that, alas, were finished at that time.
