★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La qualità dei prodotti è sicuramente buona, soprattutto quella relativa ai prodotti prettamente siciliani che come sapore si avvicinano moltissimo a quelli che si trovano nell'isola. Ciò che viene a mancare è l'accoglienza e la cortesia che si intravedono a mala pena solo in un "buongiorno" svogliato e strascicato. Inoltre, la cosa peggiore, nel 2021 rifiutare un pagamento con POS è inaccettabile, oltretutto al pagamento con i contanti ci si "dimentica" anche dello scontrino.
