I prodotti tutti di ottima qualità, riesce a soddisfare tutti i tipi di palati con la sua pasta fresca classica ma anche realizzata abilmente con farine di grani antichi come il farro, il senatore cappelli, ma anche il monococco e la tumminia per citarne alcuni.
In negozio poi si trova anche il pane, le focacce, torte e biscotteria, buonissimi ;-)
 Valentina has contagious strength and energy! The products are all of excellent quality, able to satisfy all types of palates with its classic fresh pasta but also skillfully made with ancient grain flours such as spelled, senatore cappelli, but also monococcus and tumminia to name a few.
In the shop there is also bread, focaccia, cakes and biscuits, very good ;-)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La mia recensione si basa unicamente sul fatto che l unica volta che ho varcato la soglia del suo esercizio commerciale per comprare del pane e mi é stato detto che non era ancora arrivato e arrivava verso le 11 di mattina , in definitiva non ho potuto comprare il pane che era ciò che mi serviva. Tutto qui , sul resto non posso esprimere giudizi.
My review is based solely on the fact that the only time I walked into his shop to buy bread and was told it hadn't arrived yet and was arriving around 11am, I ultimately couldn't buy bread. bread which was what I needed. That's all, I can't comment on the rest.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ci siamo fermati a prendere il pranzo e non abbiamo potuto fare a meno di notare una grandissima attenzione per la scelta dei menu e la passione di chi conosce ogni singolo dettaglio dei prodotti utilizzati. Bagel e panini buonissimi, belle chiacchiere e cucina a vista! Consigliatissimo!
We stopped to take lunch and we could not help but notice a great attention to the choice of menus and the passion of those who know every single detail of the products used. Yummy bagels and sandwiches, good talk and show cooking! Highly recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ E' la terza volta che prendiamo il pranzo da asporto. Le materie prime sono buone, gli accostamenti proposti sono buonissimi e loro sono molto gentili. Cosa per nulla scontata coi tempi che corrono!
Continueremo a fornirci da loro con tanto piacere.
p.s. il bagel con il salmone mi ha davvero conquistata!
