★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La prima cosa che guardo entrando in un negozio in cui si vendono generi alimentari é la pulizia e questo panificio è pulitissimo, fatto sempre importante ma, in questi tempi difficili, ancora di più. Per quanto riguarda i loro prodotti ho trovato buonissimi il pane, le pucce e i tarallini. Le focacce sono davvero strepitose come del resto le zeppole che, probabilmente, sono le migliori o tra le migliori di Brindisi. Ovviamente, consigliato
The first thing I look when entering a shop where groceries are sold is the cleanliness and this bakery is very clean, which is always important but, in these difficult times, even more so. As for their products, I found the bread, pucce and tarallini to be very good. The focaccias are truly amazing as are the zeppole which, probably, are the best or among the best in Brindisi. Obviously, recommended

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se volete assaggiare la vera puddica brindisina (focaccia alta e super soffice, condita con pomodoro, capperi, acciughe, origano, olive ed olio extravergine) è qui che dovete venire!
If you want to taste the real Brindisi puddica (high and super soft focaccia, topped with tomato, capers, anchovies, oregano, olives and extra virgin olive oil) this is where you have to come!

Una variegata offerta di focacce appena sfornate e mangiarini da asporto ( pasta al forno, gateau di patate, parmigiana etc ) fumanti, deliziosi e leggeri allo stomaco e alla... tasca.
Il tutto condito dal sorriso affabile delle belle Fornarine.
Senza dimenticare le varie specialità di pani Pugliesi che valgono il détour; unica 'pecca', chiuso al pomeriggio dopo le 13:30

All seasoned with the affable smile of the beautiful Fornarine.
Without forgetting the various specialties of Apulian bread that are worth the détour; only 'flaw', closed in the afternoon after 13:30
