I	Ilaria Capocelli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi dispiace ma non ci siamo! sono stata a questo Punto vendita più volte ma non tornerò più. per me non è accettabile che non si possa entrare per guardare le vetrine e i gioielli in un negozio Pandora Outlet (cioè con gioielli che non sono presenti nei normali store) ma che debba essere obbligatoria la vendita assistita. Il negozio è grande e il numero di persone che possono entrare sono 3/4 quindi il distanziamento sociale sarebbe comunque garantito. I'm sorry but we are not there! I have been to this store several times but I will never return. for me it is not acceptable that you cannot enter to look at the windows and jewels in a Pandora Outlet store (ie with jewels that are not present in normal stores) but that assisted sales should be mandatory. Motivo per cui siamo stati allontanati dal negozio in malo modo da entrambe le commesse. Assurdo anche perché essendo un outlet I prodotti in vendita non sono sempre reperibili nel catalogo online motivo per cui dovrei poter girare liberamente. Dopo aver preso contatti telefonicamente per sincerarmi della possibilità di un cambio prodotto, recatami sul posto la commessa, inizialmente mi esponeva la problematica che il cambio avrebbe comportato una procedura nuova e complessa e che avrebbe dovuto sentire telefonicamente prima la titolare. Al che le dissi che avrei fatto un giro nell'outlet per darle il tempo di fare la chiamata. Al mio ritorno dopo circa mezz'ora, con leggerezza e con il movimento della mano a indicare via via, la stessa mi diceva che non era possibile effettuare il cambio oggi e che sarei dovuta ripassare un altro giorno. Incompetent. R. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stata in questo negozio il 07/01/22 nel primo pomeriggio..davanti l'entrata per via del Covid ci sono due persone davanti a me che aspettavano per entrare, cosa giustissima visto la situazione; poi mi va lo sguardo al cartello posto all'entrata " Capienza massima 34 persone" guardo dentro e c'erano le due dipendenti e gente per un totale di 8 persone; chiedo alla signora che c'era davanti a me e mi dice " Hanno detto di aspettare" così aspetto altri 10 minuti e visto che nessuno ci faceva entrare decido di passare dopo. Quando ripasso davanti a me non c'era nessuno ad attendere per entrare, il cartello era sempre quello con scritto massimo 34 persone, dentro c'erano le due dipendenti ognuna con due persone per un totale di 6 persone, faccio due passi per entrare e da lontano mi gridano scortesemente che devo aspettare fuori, così faccio presente che nel cartello c'è scritto max 34 persone e che loro erano in 6, una di loro sempre da lontano e scocciata mi dice " Deve andare fuori!".. inutile dire che ho girato i tacchi e non sono più tornata, anzi non ci tornerò mai più. Quando selezionate il personale valutatelo bene, c'è tanta gente disposta a lavorare, gli/le scansafatiche se ne stessero a casa!
