L	Loris Miceli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ci siamo recati questa sera quì con mia sorella per acquistare un tennis in diamanti, la ragazza che ci ha servito, molto gentile e disponibile, ci ha esposto i modelli e una volta deciso su quale orientarci abbiamo parlato del valore con il 15% di sconto oltretutto; siccome si tratta di una cifra considerevole, ho chiesto la gentilezza di poter fare pagamento subito in contanti di una parte e il resto se si potesse fare con rid bancario, una volta chiesto al titolare (tramite la commessa in quanto lui non ci ha mai rivolto parola) questo ha risposto che non ci sono problemi ma che avrei potuto ritirare il mio gioiello a fine pagamento! Assurdo tutto questo, e infatti la commessa era al quanto imbarazzata nel dirmi questa cosa... Ho lasciato il mio contatto chiedendo di farmi chiamare se il titolare avesse cambiato idea visto l'assurdità della sua proposta e sono stato richiamato dopo circa un ora dalla commessa che ha asserito che il titolare NON SI FIDA e che quindi restava della sua idea.... Ho trovato la cosa di una gravità assurda, dire a dei clienti una cosa del genere è quanto di più becero e assolutamente scorretto si possa dire e oltretutto non è stato permesso a me che volevo acquistare di poterlo fare!!! Pessimi, non vi meritate di trattare gioielli Re Carlo dei quali siamo clienti da anni. Abbiamo ordinato con il “clicca e ritira” (proprio per evitare la fila in questo periodo di Natale) e se non fosse stato per la nostra insistenza avremmo comunque dovuto far la fila per ritirare quello che avevamo già pagato online. I'm sorry to leave this review because I do few and always good ones, but the saleswoman who served us was rude and almost seemed to be doing us a favor by showing us what we were asking. We ordered with the "click and collect" (just to avoid the queue during this Christmas period) and if it had not been for our insistence we would still have had to queue to collect what we had already paid online.
